Jonathan Raven, cocooned in his brownstone in Brooklyn, has lost track of time and the outside world. But when he finds out that Mt. Raven, a landmark 150 year old hospital built and owned by his family, has been sold off to developers, he becomes unhinged. Powerless in the present and haunted by his past, finally and unexpectedly, he returns to Mt. Raven.

Raven calls his lawyer, unaware he’s died years ago.
